A poplar and birch bar made for a basement entertainment area.

This was a very involved curved Mahogany railing with curved raised panels and carved posts.

This is a bar we made from rustic Hickory, it features arched top panels.

  These are really complex to build.  This one was to be painted so we did it from poplar.  As you can see the curve is elliptical so it is not uniform all the way across.  We do a fair amount of curved and arched panels but elliptical arches are by far the hardest.

This was a big project we built in our shop and carpenters on site installed.  This was a complex project that requires precise measurements to ensure everything fit like it was supposed to.  

This was an arched ceiling we did that was to be painted so we used MDF for the flat panels.  No pics of it painted, sorry.    

This was a solid Cherry dormer bracket we did recently.  We didn’t install it so I don’t have any photos of it installed.    

This is a carving I did. started with a cain saw and finished by hand.

This was a cherry bar we made for a home. This kind of curved bar rail and curved raised panels is our specialty.  

We built these solid wood arches out of Poplar and stained them dark to match the other trim in the room.
